Please do not select this office. Entire system in here is flawed. The lady at front desk is rude and mess things with registeration of the patients. The sonographer doesn't even follow the appointments. She just picks patients at her will. We had to wait for 1.5 hrs for her to call us. We had a tough time at this doctors office. We have seen other patients getting frustrated with the process in the office. If you are free enough to spend your full day in this office then please go ahead with office. Or else a complete NO for others. This doctors office is the crapiest in baltimore. Not recommended

I do not recommend this doctor. After 5 1/2 weeks pregnant, we had to get an ultrasound. We saw progress, however there was no heartbeat... After seeing this, Dr. Ackman called 2 days in a row saying that he was sorry to say that we had a miscarriage. He said "I'm not 100% sure, but i am 99%". Oh by the way, this was 3 days before Christmas. We waited another week for a final ultrasound, and guess what, we had a heartbeat... It's been weeks and we still have not heard back from that jerk. I think that this guy's ego must be so big, that he refuses to admit he was wrong... NOT someone I would ever recommend to anyone.

Love the staff and all the doctors in the practice. They listen and pay attention and probably saved me from having a pre-term birth.

I highly recommend Dr.Akman and his group practice.I had my baby through his group practice and got the best care.Agree totally with the other review about how important he makes you feel.He is always willing to answer any small question.Having such wonderful group of Drs take care of me during my first pregnancy and child-birth was such a blessing.

Dr. Akman is the best GYN doctor ever. He is very caring anf gentle. He makes you feel comfortable and important. If you are looking for a GYN doctor please consider Dr. Akman he is the best.

Dr. Akman has been my OB/GYN for over 8 years now. I have never had a physician that showed more compassion or interest in not only my life, but the lives of my husband and now, two children. There are no words to describe how wonderful a doctor he is! Love Love Love his bedside manner! You know you have a great doctor when even your five year old even lights up when he sees him!

Dr. Akman is great and always makes you feel important. The rest of the doctors in the practice are also great, except for Dr. Asare. Dr. Akman has put me at easy about many issues that have popped up during my pregnancy.
