Dr Côté is always professional and listens to my concerns without judgement. He called on time and when I was worried about a particular issue, he booked me in for an office visit in the same week (we had a phone consult initially). Every appointment (virtual now but even before covid - he is respectful and takes the time to answer all my questions. He is an excellent physician and I am happy he is my doctor.

Kind physician. Able to see him in same week. Always kind and willing to hear me out. Never rushes. Answers all our questions and has this way of explaining things that makes sense without making you feel stupid. Super awesome doc. So grateful to have him as my doctor.

I am going for a rotator cuff surgery on Nov. the 8th in North Bay as this doctor has misdiagnosed me and I have been waiting since January, at which time the injury occurred to get something done about it. He just sent me to physiotherapy that made things worse. I am not impressed with this doctor. I get much better service when I go to a clinic. After almost a year of pain and losing so much use of my arm, I now have to have surgery away from home in Sudbury to North Bay.

Brushes everything off. Always pro taking pills. Not a good doctor for anyone who is trying to get to the bottom of their illness or who would prefer to stick to more natural treatments. Typical western medicine doctor. Not very helpful. Rushes you out and makes you feel stupid.

Dr. Cote has been my family dr for over 3 yrs now..and always been there for me..even if I just needed to talk about things going on with my life and my disabilities and abilities and how it affects my mental health, also when he talks to me he doesn't talk down to me when I don't understand something but takes the time to explain things...Thank you Dr. Cote for being the man you are and treats the whole body mind and soul...
