Dr.Reddy only prescribes you meds, there is no proper counselling involved. He doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable about mental health. He said he would put me on a wait list for one on one therapy because I can't handle group therapy and I got a call for group therapy instead of the one on one. When I asked about the one on one therapy they told me there wasn't enough funding. So it wasn't even available to begin with. The receptionist staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge. They do not seem to empathize with the patients. I started seeking counselling through my school after getting many repeats on my meds which do help. I recently got a unkind recptionist call the lady said that if I didn't come to see him again my file would be thrown out. I asked if I could have my meds done up by my family doctor instead and they had no idea and didn't care to find out the answer. Terrible service, the mental health stigma remains at this outpatient facility and makes being it very uncomfortable
