I requested a routine eye exam so I could get my contact prescription renewed. I was told my eye insurance would be accepted. My insurance company was then billed $1600 for a routine exam instead of a free annual exam. I was not told of any eye problems or conditions by the doctor. The receptionist Michelle was extremely rude and acted like she didn't have time to talk to me or explain anything.
