Dr Garofalo is a nice dentist who seems patient and knowledgeable. He's always been friendly, ontime and available to answer any questions I had which is ideal.

Receptionist was a little rude was not pleasant to speak over the phone with. Dr. Garofalo is a wonderful man and should teach his staff the same respect he shows to his patients.

From just booking my appointment Alice sounded exceptional. After meeting Dr. Garofalo and going over treatment he put my mind at ease. He is very kind and extremely bright. My first visit was a great experience as everyone was very friendly. Most people hate going to the dentist, I can't wait to go back!

From the moment the phone was answered, to the amazing Dr Garofalo, the whole experience was wonderful. Angie makes you feel like you are one of her family members. Great service! I wish I had more reasons to go back.

5 stars are not enough for Dr. Garafolo.
Was told to expect some pain after the dental hygienist had completed her work. It was expected to be minor but if it was worse just to take a Tylenol. After the freezing was gone there was no pain whatsoever. It’s like I was never there. I recommend his office without reservation!

Great office! After covid shutdown Alice the receptionist was able to reschedule my missed appointment quite promptly. She was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly when I arrived. Dr. Garofalo is beyond words! Amazing! So happy my dentist referred me.

When my son's dentist suggested he see a periodontist for an issue he was having, I immediately suggested to her that she refer my son to Dr. Garofalo. My daughter had seen him in the past and he was just the greatest. He is honest, has integrity and has a pleasant demeaner. Dr. Garofalo and his staff treat you with respect. Going to the Peridontist isn't a picnic especially if you have to have a procedure done. But if you see Dr. Garofalo you can rest assure that he will take excellent care of you, like he did with my daughter. Im so happy to see him again, that's how wonderful he is. God Bless!

I took my son to Dr Garofalo in the past and he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I just called today to make a follow-up appointment after the office had been closed for a while due to COVID-19. I needed a prompt appointment in order to provide an update to another dentist. The receptionist was able to book me in a quick appointment in a window that I requested, as my son's appointment was going to be quite brief. No runaround, excuses, silly on hold times or attitude like many other specialist offices. Just great service. Thank you.

If anyone is looking for an amazing Periodontist, look no further! Dr. Garofalo is amazing! Kind, gentle and honest. His staff are incredible! I only wish I could go all the time.
