Dr. Fletcher is very helpful but her staff is absolutely horrible. They have accused me and another patient I know of being rude to them when neither one of is on either occasion were rude. I had a pretty big issue that I needed to see dr. Fletcher for and her staff was rude and told me that I couldn't get in to see her in three weeks but if I want to go to another doctor it would be fine. They refused to help me in any way. However, I know that if dr. Fletcher was aware she would have fixed the issue just like she did when I personally talked to her about her staff accusing me of saying something that was never said. I think dr. Fletcher is amazing and a great help any time it need her but you have to somehow get to her personally because her staff is by far the worst staff I have ever seen in my life, not to mention every time I have been to her office since they moved by Penn the staff is too busy BLARING RAP music and singing to help. The staff is just very unprofessional.

Dr. Fletcher is caring, professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe putting mine and my children’s lives in her hands. Neither of my births felt rushed. She ordered Pitocin but that was after 17+ hrs of labor stalling at a 7 for hours. 2nd birth was hard and my baby’s shoulder got stuck. She used her hands rather than any kind of tool that could have hurt my child. Interventions and C-sections are a last resort with her while for some doctors it’s a convenience. There were times I felt like I had to repeat myself, felt rushed and had to wait. I remind myself that she sees 90+ patients a week and has many sleepless nights delivering babies while being a wife and mother. She cares about her patients tremendously but you must remember you will always care about your health more and it’s your responsibility to keep asking questions if you don’t get an answer. My objective for her was to safely bring my babies into the world and take care of me along the way. She did just that and more.

I shadowed Dr. Fletcher as a premed student and loved her so much I switched to her. I saw her once for an annual and then I was going to have fert. treatment done with her, but she did not want to start the medicine until I had an HSG done. The specialist i had been referred to was willing to start meds before the hsg. Her office staff did not contact my insurance in time and an hsg required preauthorization. So I would have to wait an entire month (and I almost never got my period, so maybe longer) to start treatment. For this reason, I decided to go with the specialist. After I got pregnant, I went back to her, because I got along with her. She has switched offices now and herstaff at integris seem to not ever be able to help you and keep you on hold forever. I finally got a hold of someone there after a couple days. She said she had appts avail.then after talking to dr.F she said they would not be able to schedule me at this time. No reason given.Immature and very unprofessional.

My first appointment was made with Dr. Fletcher when I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd. The Saturday before my appt. (at 8 weeks along), I started bleeding quite a bit, and went to the ER. I spent half the day there, getting several different ultrasounds, blood tests, etc. I wasn't given any reason for the excessive bleeding and was discharged with a "threatened miscarriage." I called her office to move up my appt., but still had to wait THREE more days to see her. That morning, I woke up and knew that I had miscarried. Went to her office, and when I finally got in to see her, the first thing she said was "Congratulations!" I didn't even know how to respond. Obviously, she hadn't read anything about my situation or why I had moved up my appt. VERY unprofessional! The rest of the exam was similar - very blunt when telling me, "if they saw something Saturday, there's nothing in there now." On my follow-up, I wasn't given any explanations/results, and never heard from her again.

Doctor Fletcher was never on time and when I did see her it was for like 5 min.I think she is overbooked and needs to take more time with her patients and get to know them. I would not go to her if it is your first or second pregnancy because you will not be happy.

Dr Fletcher is amazing. She listens, she knows what she is doing and has been the best OB/GYN I have ever seen.

I should have gone with my first experience with this doctor. She was rushed and very late for the first visit, because she is always overbooked. I got pregnant and started using her and have ended up seeing students and residents more than I see her. She also prescribed an antibiotic that the FDA says pregnant and nursing women should not use. She prescribed it for a UTI and "possible MRSA skin infection", which she did not culture to make sure that was what it was. She is nice when you see her, but I prefer to see MY doctor when I go to my appointments. I don't like to be kept waiting while the student or resident has to leave the room to ask her a question when I have already waited for quite a long time. I am changing my care in the middle of my pregnancy.

Finally a doctor who listens! Every other doctor I have been to has seemed to not really listen and my concerns were never really taken care of. I told her my problems and right away she said will will do everything to find the problem and take care of it, and I felt she really did care. She was great to talk with, like you were talking to a friend, or family member. She made me feel very comfortable, and I am so happy I finally found a good doctor that will listen to me and not rush me through like I was a number instead of a person. I will tell all my friends, and family to consider going to her.
