Dr. Bastedo is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable, thorough and does not rush you when you have a visit with him.

I should have rated Dr. Bastedo a long time ago as I cannot rate Dr. Bastedo high enough. He is compassionate, humble, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile (even visiting elderly patients at home). He has a great sense of humor and is very approachable. He has been incredibly supportive and helpful to me through a long and complicated neurological illness. He really is a great person and doctor and I would not be this far along in my healing process were it not for him and his incredible care. Both my partner and myself are incredibly grateful to Dr. Bastedo.

Can’t speak highly enough of this Doctor. Understanding, knowledgeable, very approachable and compassionate. Knows his stuff and open to discussion. As a gay man, I felt very comfortable in dealing with him which is not always the case with straight Doctors.

I should have gone on line and rated Dr. Bastedo before as he has been my doctor since he came to Niagara. He is excellent, caring, and smart. The smart part is what I really care about most and as a senior he has had to deal with a number of things with me. He is so kind and never rushes one. He listens and asks questions.
He is committed to his practice in Niagara on the Lake and I believe he was the force behind our beautiful new medical centre.

Dr B is outstanding. He is non-biased, supportive, compassionate and understanding. He takes action when action is needed and, most importantly, he listens! He hears you. I always leave feeling like I was heard, which is so important because we know our own bodies so well. It’s a collaborative approach to medicine!
