This doctor is a saint. I find the other comments on here distasteful and completely unfair to her. With number of patients she has to see during a shift, and the pressure she is undoubtedly under everyday, I'm just grateful that she is still practicing and looking after patients. I had a great experience with her and I hope the system and our politicians will treat her and other doctors more fairly going forward.

Extremely unprofessional. If I spoke to a patient how she spoke to me I would lose my job. Please take a customer service course. As a doctor how you address clients is a basic skill that the local mcdonald’s workers handle better than her. Minimized my issue and stated she was confused why I even came to see her. It is not your job to decide if someone’s problem would bother YOU. I saw you in a walk in clinic because well… my issue isn’t an emergency! I could also hear her speaking of my issue loudly in the hallway which is a breech of confidentiality. Please do not see this doctor unless you want to feel belittled and humiliated.

She is an extremely rude doctor. She was raising her eye brows and making faces and saying ,"oh my God" again and again while talking to our 5 year old son. She humiliated our kids just because they were crying. For her a 2 year old crying was a big deal. She booked 45 patients and was telling us that she didn't have a lot of time to wait for the kids to relax. She was telling us that she was the only doctor at Onyx Urgent care Kitchener to examine 45 patients. Why did she book 45 patients if she couldn't handle the situation? She earned money by booking so many patients and when it came to give services and behave in a professional manner , she failed. She made us feel that we made a mistake by visiting the clinic and that we didn't know that kids get ill and it's normal. We felt disrespected and traumatized in her presence.

She is extremely rude and unprofessional, constantly telling you that there are so many patients waiting and she is the only doctor here. She always looks in a hurry and seems angry on why someone has even visited her clinic. She should be in another profession where she does not need to interact with people.

This doctor is terrible. Accused my husband of wasting her time. He had been ill for weeks and unable to see his doctor. She accused him of abusing the medical system, that he should not have been prescribed medication for pneumonia (which another doctor in the clinic gave him a week earlier) and told him he was likely having a heart attack when he came in the previous week without having seen him. She is terribly rude, egotistical and misinformed.

She is absolutely amazing, I see no issue with how she speaks. She is quick and makes it easy.. I’ve heard other patients in the building and they are so disrespectful. You should be ashamed of yourself if you act so rudely to someone who is being honest and trying to help.

My mom, who was widowed 2 1/2 months ago, was treated so horrendously by Dr. Meenakshi Natarajan. We have all had bad treatment by various physicians from time to time. That’s ok. But this physician was absolutely tyrannical towards an elderly woman. My mom is stuttering and fearful and keeps asking us what she did wrong. This doctor should not be around people.

Amazing doctor, she works very hard and takes time to listen to patients, I’ve been in her clinic a few times and noticed how unbelievably rude some of the patients are. If I were her I wouldn’t have the patience for that.

This doctor has moved to Mississauga, Ontario.
Not the right fit for profession ; Is rude to patients and lacks basic skills on how talk to even address them. Please look for some other profession if you are fed up of things and are in constant rush.
