2 and 1/2 years I have waited to just to get in to see this guy. I am 52 and walk with a cane and am in constant discomfort from herniated disc of L4/5 and impingement of both hips. Apparently, according to Dr. Comstock lots of men my age have this and it is what it is. When I said, so I’m just to live the rest of my life like this, this guy had the audacity to say , “ look I am just a guy with a knife “ and walks out of his examination room on me. Two and a half years just to see him and this is what I get.

He saw my son in the ER after a broken wrist. He was respectful, patient, empathetic, and professional. Pleasant to deal with, great bedside manners, knew when to be serious and when to crack a joke, and he left me with a feeling that my son would be well cared for. He walked my son & I through each step of the process - administering local anesthetic, applying the cast, checkups, and removal of the cast. We were a bit surprised when he informed us that no pain meds needed to be prescribed, however he was spot on. In fact my son didn't even need over-the-counter pain meds after a few days. He has earned my respect as well as this 5-star rating.

I went to visit due to back pain , he was very short but as I knew he was in the military like me, that was fine. He noted I required a surgery which was schedule. He didn't not speak to me before the surgery and afterwards I didn't even see him, had no idea what to do after my back surgery, my wife and I were completely lost. After a few days of the numb wearing off, my back was so painful and so much worse then before, he finally called 3 months later and I told me that the pain has increased several times over, and all he could say was well it was a success because your numbness in your foot is better and if your back pain is worse then get another referral , I am now in the process for going to another doctor for surgery on my back again, he has made my life so much harder.

I was suffering from a herniated disc and was in severe pain. I ended up admitted in the hospital due to the fact that I couldn’t walk and needed pain management. I met with Dr Comstock and he booked me in for surgery a few days later. Needless to say I was petrified but knew it was necessary. He was professional, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I am post surgery two days now and am pain free (other than “normal” surgery related pain). I highly recommend Dr Comstock. He is nothing short of amazing!!

Broke my leg, went to ER, he did my surgery. No renewal of painkillers even though the top of my foot was red and swollen, no anti inflammatories. No physio recomnendations, I guess I have to learn how to walk on my own.

After years of intense shooting pain and numbness in my partner's legs je was referred to Dr Comstock. He was knowledgeable, professional and after a day surgery years of issues were gone. Borderline miraculous. Thank you Dr Comstock!

One week after back surgery
My back is doing great, slightly sore when I do certain things. Leg numbness totally gone 100%. My sciatica/hamstring pain in my left legs 100% gone....
Could not be happier.

I seriously was so devastated today after seeing Dr Comstock. I seriously found he was treating me like a wasn't important enough for his time. He had no personality at all no empathy

Dr Comstock and his receptionist are both extremely professional...knowlegable...kind and sincere...Dr Comstock did surgery on my lower back...he prepared me well for surgery...and day of surgery he had an excellent bedside manner..made me feel heard and relaxed before surgery...I would trust and highly recommend this doctor...I'm only a couple of days into surgery and already feel relief!! I'm very happy!
