I've been seeing Dr Taylor for years . I love this man . he has help me in every way possible.. He has been a blessing. Yes sometimes the wait is longer then usual.but what doctor office doesn't run into those problems.. Yes the office staff need some work . and it hasn't been the same since we lost our good friend Freddie.. If you have any problems just ask to speak to Sandy . I am sure she will be more then happy to help you with your concerns. I am sorry for all of you that had these bad experience with Dr Taylor but all in all he has really helped me and if you give him a half of a chance and not be so quick to judge off one bad experience .you will see he is an awesome Dr and has great bedside manner...

Maxwell AFB why did you send me to this burning ring of trash fire?! This is a joke right? Now I know what the military thinks of thier active duty members. We get sub-par healthcare at some of the worst facilities. Why must I go through this when I love my country and am willing to give my life for it. This doesn't not mean my life is worthless and does not deserve the utmost respect and care. Please support the military and treat them and thier families right. I would not even send my enemies here. Human beings deserve better.

I have had a great experience as a patient of Dr. Taylor. He was thorough with medical history, professional during my visits, and accurate regarding my recovery. He has been honest and direct about the degree of injuries suffered and has encouraged physical therapy for a speedy recovery. That is all I desire from my doctor.

My name is D. McNabb and I am a Chaplain. Upon 2 to 3 visits and still in lots of pain, Dr. Taylor finally determined I had a fractured tendon, yet he did nothing. The staff overbooks appointments and waiting for your appointment takes hours. If you want a great Ortho surgeon who cares...see Dr. L. James in Prattville. Why suffer, when there are better physians out there. God wants you whole and healthy, not suffering.

was referred to dr taylor for lower back pain, gave him the results of my ct scan which me being a nurse know all about the details and the problem, he is very disrespectful, dont want you asking questions, talk really fast and dont explain nothing. got some cream to put on my back for pain, but notice the directions on the bottle stated for me to use this cream on my knee as needed for pain, got the med one day prior to my 8 week follow up appointment, got to the appointment waited 3hours to be seen, next thing I know is some lady calls me back waving a urine cup in my face to give a urine sample as if I was there to get drugs, she did it in such a way for everybody to see never explain why, did say who she was or nothing, such a HIPPA violation, Maxwell AFB please dont send us there, if you ste a nice looking women his female staff treat you like you are crazy, my arm still hurt from getting my blood pressure checked, to top it off Dr Taylor didnt know who I was or why I was there, Dx my back issues wrong, I have been a nurse 20 plus yrs so I know, after talking to him self into his dictator, told me he would see me again in 8 weeks, ooh no you wont and he c a nt keep his knee pain cream to rub on his knee, I have back pain a slipped disc, DDD, etc, but to him all you got arthritis thats all I see wrong with you. I immediately notified my primary physician and gave her a detailed account of this encounter with Dr Taylor which she couldnt began to understand herself. bad doctor, HIPPA needs to step in, and he needs to be closed down because seeing the kind of patients setting in the waiting room for hours and hours for 5mins of disrespect from him and his staff is a shame. he will never see me again.

I was refered to Dr. Taylor after being dianosed with a dislocated shoulder. Not only did he treat my daughter and I as if we were imbaciles he made derogatory statements about the radiology staff at the ER I went to. He would not listen, seemed very preocupied and in a hurry to finish.

This doctor has made my situation worse than it was when I first had my injury. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. He doesn't genuinely care for his patients. Does not read MRI reports and does not listen to you as a patient telling him what you are feeling in your own body.

Dr. Taylor and his staff embody the Adinkra symbol Hwehwemudua. It is the symbol of Excellence, Knowledge, Perfection and Superior Quality. This is the type of service I received while under his care. I highly recommend his clinics for the following reasons: 1. No long wait for an appointment 2. Seen promptly for exam - No wait! 3. Not rushed during the exam. Dr. Taylor and the nurse took time to listen to me and hear my voice about my health concerns. 4. A proper diagnosis was made after seeing numerous doctors and being in constant pain for 5+ years. 5. He discovered another serious health problem now being treated by another specialist! Thanks to his knowledge, excellence in care and kind manner, my health is improving and my family is appreciative. That's what I call Superior Quality!
