Irina Safir is very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Dr. Safir has been my GP for over 10 years.
Over that time I’ve had both good and bad experiences with her. I feel that her good qualities ultimately outweigh her shortcomings, so I’m staying with her.
I’ve noticed that she’s become more patient and compassionate over the last few years. I think she was very overworked before, and she was impatient and rushed during appointments. At that time, I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions, I could see her irritation. She is much more open and patient now.
One drawback that has remained constant is her lack of punctuality. She is always late. However, in the past it was standard to wait over an hour past the scheduled time, and since Covid I haven’t waited more than 20 minutes. The clinic has massively cut back on in-person appointments, so that may be a factor.
I have had some mental health issues over the past several years, and Dr Safir was compassionate and supportive, including in dealings with insurance claims.
In conclusion, I’ll say that Dr Safir is a human being, just like her patients. She has good days and bad days. Overall, I’m satisfied with the level of care and support and therefore willing to put up with lateness and occasional impatience.

Dr. Irina Safir is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Irina Safir is an excellent and highly knowledgeable professional, very conscientious and dedicated, with a lot of experience. I have been a doctor in my back country more than 30 years. Now I have been under her care for about 3 years. She answers all my questions about my health and always finds the best possible way to treat my problems. I am highly sutisfied and happy with my family doctor and can say nothing but a lot of thanks and gratitude from the bottom of my heart.
