Betzy is the BEST!! Incredibly knowledgeable, listens to her patients, has empathy and understanding and always makes you feel so at ease being your most vulnerable self. Thank you for everything, Betzy!!!

It is too bad they don't allow zero star ratings. My husband and I have decided to eliminate her from my care team, because she doesn't show that she cares. She seems neurodiversally ignorant and not trauma informed. Her notes contain ridicule and disparagement. She has taken some of my words out of context on my medical record. Some of what she wrote I have to work with my GP to have removed.
This person sat on a PTSD and BPD diagnosis for three months, until I got the MyChart app and saw her notes for myself. She never addressed them to me. Swept them under the rug. Over these three months, my panic symptoms have worsened. All this time I could be researching specifically, which is a reason for seeking diagnosis. She has four medications noted as things to consider, but never brought them up to me, while the whole three months I asked for helpful meds to manage executive dysfunction issues.
