dr.aggarwell refuses to treat overweight people who smoke.he made me feel like dirt when i told him im unable to quit smoking.i have tried to book appointments but told they will call me back.the call never came.my docter told me i need to see hin regular because i have heart conditions so she would arrange appointment.then she asked if i went to see him and i told her they never called me.she was not pleased.she also told me that he mentioned his dislike of me to her.this man has no compassion for disabled overweight smokers with heart condition and should have his license taken away
