Dr. Bautista is a exceptional dentist and has a great team of dental hygienists, aswell as welcoming staff at the front desk. He genuinely cares for his patients and does amazing work. On top of all that, the clinic is really nice!

More than 3 months after treatment I am told that there is a balance of $ 709 to pay on the pretext that my two insurances did not cover all expenses even if I paid the difference with each visit. They are unable to get out exactly what I paid for and they barricade behind the word balance, I really feel ripped off.

I saw Dr. Bautista for an evaluation today. He made a great impression on me with his exceptionally considerate approach when assessing my complex case. His professional advice is very much appreciated. The staff at his clinic is very friendly and courteous.

His office is like a spa and his staff are nice but once he discovers you have insurance he will ensure to recommend you every procedure possible. He will also insult your looks (color or shape of your teeth) to push medically unneccessary cosmetic treatments.

The last two comments are SO TRUE! I went to see this guy and he basically told me my mouth needed URGENT fixing with several root canals and maybe crowns and etc. I went to get a second AND third opinion, I only needed 1 root canal. Mind you, this was over a year ago and my teeth are just fine. This guy is a street hustler before he is a dentist for sure.

Terrible place. As the others say, you're just a client with a $ Sig on your forehead. Every time I go they try gouging me for more money. Tired of it.
