I find Dr. Charlebois friendly and easy to talk to. She listens to what I am saying and is quick to arrange appointments with specialists if needed.

She's not interested in helping someone with a real problem she is very young with very limited experience and obviously not interested in only easy cases. My husband has blood work once a year and that's her kind of patient. After I went to a doctor that I paid for myself I was dismissed from her practise.

Amazing doctor and assistant. They both go out of their way to help in anyway they can. We are so thankful to have Dr.Charlebois as our family doctor.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Charlebois for many years. We like her very much but as several others have stated she does seem to not take some symptoms seriously. For the most part she does listen and is very helpful. Her assistant not so much. She is rude to us on the phone if you can actually get thru. They have voice mail but she does not return my calls. She acts sweet and concerned in person. It is unfortunate as I’m sure Sarah does not realize how she is. When it comes to things like bloodwork her assistant seems to take her sweet time getting the request in. Currently waiting over 30 days. My husband has been waiting to see a neurosurgeon for three years. His pain levels are debilitating. He has pain medication but most days is Unable to function. I am watching him get more and more depressed and it makes me mad.

I've had Dr. Charlebois for the last 6 years, she is always timely, helpful and real. She takes time with the patient and doesn't make you feel rushed. Shes been great with my two kids and I am so blessed and greateful to have a doctor like her with so many that go without.

I have had a few family doctors in my day (I've moved around Canada a bit) and I work in health care. Dr. Charlebois is fantastic! She is confident and direct and clearly explains anything I am unfamiliar with. She takes great care of my and my 5 year old. I've always been seen same day/next day when I really need to get in. I also give huge praise to her office staff who knew me by name after one meeting and always promptly answers messages.

Requested a new doctor and after a long wait got her. First appointment she was rude, no bedside manner, scolded me for being late when the cause was diaharrea due to sickness I was there about, requested she listen to my heart as I had some recent pains but even with stethoscope on around her neck she refused, requested B12 shot, said I would have to make another appointment to get it. Really disappointed in this new doctor and can’t switch again without another long wait. Very upsetting.

Excellent doctor.... as long you don't seek advice from another doctor.
Then she bans you from her clinic cause you refuse to ignore the other doctors advice.
Even though this advice was very helpful and making your life a lot less miserable.
the ego of some doctors.
