Dr. Razavi and his staff did a fantastic job for all 3 of our kids. His staff was always very helpful and accommodating.

We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our care at Dr. Razavi's clinic. He and his team are kind and professional, and went the extra mile to make our time there pleasant, in what can be a scary situation for kids who are wearing braces. My son is so happy with his smile now that his braces are off. Dr. Razavi and his team made the entire process run smoothly and there were no issues ever. I would recommend Palladium Orthodontics in a heartbeat.

The warm, positive professional staff have obviously been extremely well trained to very high standards. The office is bright and clean, the staff is great and Dr. Razavi is knowledgable, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure being treated there.

Incredibly kind and patient, just like all his staff. I never dreamed I'd have straight teeth until meeting Dr. Razavi. He never blinked at the state of my smile, or made me feel ashamed for having bad teeth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Please believe the negative reviews you read here and on Google. I have never in my life been treated so poorly.

I spoke with many orthodontists as I wasn’t satisfied with the results after my teenage braces. I sent an email to many clinics in Ottawa, Gatineau and Toronto looking for the best orthodontist after not having the results I was hoping for the first time. All the clinics were respectful in their response to my email. Some doctors even kindly emailed me back and they explained to me why I could or couldn’t get the results I wanted without requiring surgery. Except for this Dr and his staff! Zero professionalism, rude and greedy. He barely saw me for 2 min, no x-rays taken (he used scans THAT I HAD SENT THEM from a previous Dr I had seen) and still charged me 100$!!! This consultation was absolutely useless; a complete waste of time and money, just to put another 100$ in his pockets. I’m sure he was aware of that also, as I CLEARLY had mentionned that I am looking for an orthodontist who can treat me without surgery.

Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. There are good, knowledgeable and certaintly a lot more respectful staff than them.

Dr R has been great treating my daughter and son over the past several years. The staff is excellent , service is great and always on time. I would definitely recommend Palladium Orthodontics!

The Dr using new tech but no care or time the patient. It takes only 30 seconds to check the patient after the nurse done. And also when I ask the dr to fix my son's tooth spacing, his answer was "God made it that way". So what is the orthodontists' job then? (By the way, his tooth was only just little more pointy.) I do not recommend him at all.

Excellent orthodontist, who is very experienced in his field. Staff are amazing and always smiling! Both my girls come here, and I would recommend him to everyone! Great work Team!

Terrible demeaner. Believe the reviews from 2017. Based on my experience I would not recommend or go back. Glitzy office is a perfect analogy for his ego and subsequrnt bedside manner. Besides, what pays for all that high tech glitz? YOU. Get other opinions and quotes at least.
