Receptionist is very unprofessional and mocks concerns of patients. Appointments with Dr. Humphrey are cancelled due to short staff/vacation time even if it is just a consult.

First time meeting Dy Humphrey was back in 2017 to have my gallbladder removed, & onMay 3rd he removed the varicose veins on my left leg & I couldn't be happier with my experience. I haven't had any issues & healed up perfectly, I have anxiety & he made me feel comfortable & calm, such a great guy! So thankful to have him as my surgeon, definitely recommend him! 👌🏼

Absolutely tremendous Doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable and he made my surgery more comfortable than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Dr Humphrey, it was an all round wonderful experience

Excellent medical care from all front line workers at the new Woodstock Hospital from initial inviting smile, to covering all aspects of patient comfort and care. Please remember there that the nurses are teaching the new generation of health care that we are blessed that they have wonderful knowledgeable nurses to mentor them.
Dr. Humphrey always addresses any questions and concerns to make his patients comfortable before . Amazing at lypoma extractions with very little scars left as a sign of his surgical skill and always striving for excellence in all aspects of patients needs.
Once again my heart filled gratitude to all staff at Woodstock Hospital.
Dr. Humphrey is is highly skilled surgeon that your family physician should send a referral to if he can he will address your medical concern and issues. At the office Tanya goes above and beyond to schedule and convey all patient concerns to Dr. Humphrey

Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. He did a hernia surgery on me a couple weeks ago at the Woodstock hospital and was completely unprofessional, rude and just mean . Not only was he talking about everyone else’s surgeries he had to do while I was waiting in the operating room to be put to sleep . I was terrified but since I needed to get home to my babies as soon as possible . I didn’t ask for another doctor but I wish I had of . I was not at all comfortable with him . He did good work but he seriously needs to work on this patient relationship and confidentiality skills .
They also gave me morphine after I told 5 or 6 nurses to make sure I didn’t have that since I am allergic to it . I waited for an hour and a half before he approved the Benadryl to counteract to morphine and make the itching stop . By then I was covered in scratch marks . Not happy .

Dr. Humphrey , staff , and all Woodstock support personnel were excellent resulting in very successful and good experience with my Leg surgery for Varicose Vein removal. Been about 6 months now after having the surgery, results with no further leg pains or cramps that I had experienced for many years previously. I do highly recommend Dr. Humphrey is you are considering to have this type of service being  done, he was recommended to me by friends that also had this this type of surgery done by him , so very glad that I was referred to him.  Thank You very much to All.

Dr. Humphrey saw me within 5 days of being contacted by my GP. I know I was squeezed in at the end of the day at 5:00pm. When we left at 6:20pm such a weight had been lifted from our shoulders, thanks to this kind and informative man. I’ve had no recurrence of Breast cancer, thank God and would highly recommend Dr. Humphrey!!
