I've been a patient of this clinic with my whole family for many years. Unfortunately, for the last 3 years, every interactions I had with the reception staff (one in particular that I'm not going to name) was very unpleasant and frustrating. I stayed anyway because Dr. Bélanger and her hygienists were excellent but I finally convinced myself to go somewhere else and do not regret it at all.

73 yr. old senior terrified of dentists. Today I had a great experience. It was a long time I did not go to a dentist, too afraid. The kindest words I heard today “ we do not judge”, new beginning. The hygienist put me at total ease and did a great job. Thank you. New dentist, new beginnings.

Always excellent. Can't say more. I have been seeing her as a doctor for a decade.
