He is definitely a good dentist. Office staff is great. Always available by phone if you have a problem and is great with restoring teeth. Always a perfect match.

I have been going to Dr. D for a few years now and he is AMAZING!!!! I am very sensitive to cleanings and all dental procedures and his concern is always with MY comfort level. He respects his patient's time and is always ON TIME for my appointment! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone who is need of a dentist! I have sent a few people to him already and they love him as much as I do! Dr. D is more concerned with your well being than any other dentist I have used! Thanks Dr. D for always taking care of me! In some of the listed comments, people are complaining about his heavy hand in cleaning. However, a proper cleaning is essential to preventive dentistry. I ask Dr. Dubov to provide numbing gel before the cleaning and experience no pain with great results. I highly recommend Dr. Dubov and suggest the numbing gel for anyone with sensitive gums.

I went to him when a bonding broke and he did a good job with the bonding. My wife went to him then since I said he was nice, she said the cleaning was painful, so I went again thinking she was dramatic and she was right it felt like someone took a knife to my gums. Regardless I went back to him and he did a pretty good job on my fillings that needed to be filled, one I was disapointed in he made a tooth shorter to fit a crown, he did it a few times, then my tooth was alittle sensitive its ok today but still sometime i feel it, then he said he could not do the crown because my tooth on the bottom was to short and a crown would not fit after he shaved my other tooth down. So he put a big filling in that tooth. Overall he is a cool guy to talk to and does tell you options, but alittle to heavy on the hands for my taste, the bottom fillings were fine, the top fillings were painful, One point I raised my hand for him to stop.

Dr. Ari Dubov delivers Personal service with a smile.Great office and caring knowledgeable staff. The office uses digital x-rays and digital photos which are displayed on a screen, Dr Dubov than discuss everything with you and explains your options, for once I really understand what is going on with my teeth.

Dr. Dubov and staff are as friendly as can be. I'm one of those people who puts off dental work until I absolutely HAVE to go--and then fear receiving a "lecture" from the dentist for having procrastinated so long, but Dr. Dubov put all those fears to rest. He was terrific at reviewing, in a very interesting, non-condescending manne, exactly what he was doing while he worked on my teeth. In addition to some “emergency” dental work that HAD to get done, I also replaced an old crown. I was amazed at the difference.Even though my old crown was pretty poorly done and did not match my other front tooth,Dr. Dubov was extremely professional in not making any negative comments.Dr. Dubov not only matched the size perfectly, he sent me to the lab so that they could customize the color PERFECTLY. No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Ari Dubov’s office made that dreaded experience as painless as can be expected! I recommend him with enthusiasm.

I WAITED THREE HOURS in the waiting room to see him. i should have walked out but i read such good reviews about him online:( the cleaning i received left me feeling like they put a scoop of sand in my mouth. there is only one receptionist (lorraine), one hygienist, and one dentist.very small practice.first impressions are everything & i was very disappointed.things got worse after i tried going back to my old dentist.the receptionist who used to be so friendly started giving me a very nasty attitude on the phone b/c i requested having my xrays & dental records transferred to other dentist.i never spoke to her in a way to ever have her respond back to me so disrespectfully.she would answer phone nice,but once she knew it was me,she changed her tune & tried getting me off phone "i have another call,i have someone else on the line".considering you have my records there,im still a patient & my time is just as valuable as yours!what a facade she puts up!insensitive,inefficient,incompetent

Dr. Ari Dubov is a great dentist.He is very good at what he does, but also at the way he interacts with his patients. I needed extensive dental work when I came to Dr.Dubov and I really had alot of questions. I felt like he did not just try to give me a good enough "dental answer" but to really make me understand what the problem is, what may have caused it, and all of my treatment options. I have a healthy, beautiful smile because of this dentist! The staff at Madison Avenue Dental Arts really exceed my expectations for all of my dental needs. Thank you!
