Dr. Diaco was my surgeon back in 1999 when I opted to make my 34B's to 34C's although he,himself, did recommend the D cup for me. They look natural and people do not know that I have had the surgery. Also, I have to say that the price I was quoted was for one implant by his staff but was told incorrectly that it was the total. Dr. Diaco honored the price quoted so therefore my cost were half the normal cost. He is to the point but not to the point that I would say he was rude. He is a plastic surgeon, not a family doctor and if he shot the breeze with everyone as if he was, there would probably be more complaints of waiting longer, etc. He is young (in his early 40's)and is a nice looking man...not a bad doctor to wake up to...

Dr. Diaco is absolutely wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and secure. He and his staff are honest, helpful and caring. They answered all of my questions and told me to call anytime day or night. Dr. Diaco called me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing,and I really appreciated that. In my opinion, he is the best doctor anyone could ask for.

I am completely amazed at the other reviews of Dr. Diaco. I had breast augmentation surgery in 2001 and Diaco was very professional, to the point and did an excellent job. I am a grown woman and do not need to be "babied" during a doctors visit especially when it was for something cosmetic that I was making the choice to have done. I appreciated his honesty and his straight forwardness. He is a physician and a very popular one at that therefore he doesn't have time to sit and BS with patients..he tells it how he sees it. He answered all my questions and after surgery- Dr. Diaco was the first face I saw...and he asked how I was feeling then the nurses took over and I must say the women he has working for him are angels. Yes, Dr. Diaco is a very attractive man- maybe thats why the other reviews are crappy- the women didn't get the kind of attention they wanted- me, on the other hand went there for one reason only- to have my breasts done and to have them done by someone wh

Dr. Diaco may be known for having an awful bedside manner. He doesn't baby patients or ask a thousand personal questions. He is very straight forward and to the point. If he thinks the results your looking for are unrealistic, he will let you know. He is an amazing, gifted surgeon. His work is phenomenal. His breast augmentations are flawless, and he has done over 3500 of them. He may not be very personable towards patients, but he is very talented. I know many of his patients and they are very happy with what he has done for them. He also takes very good care of his patients down the road. If they need any surgery done to the breast (capsule work, exchange, ect) he does not charge the patient and asks that they only pay for the OR. Best Plastic Surgeon in the area.

My experience at Dr. Diaco's office was awful. I waited FOREVER to even get into a room. Then once I was in the room, I waited about 45 minutes before Dr. Diaco even came in. He was there for about 2 minutes and wasn't even very nice. I was able to ask one question before he sent in the woman who would discuss payments. He was rude to my mother, as well, who was asking about possibly getting augmentation for herself. He said to her "Do you smoke?" and she said "yes" and he flat out said "I won't work on you. I don't work on smokers." I just thought it was rude. He didn't even explain to her why he didn't work on smokers. Ugh. And he wanted $10,600 for a lift/implant. I just thought it was way overpriced and I will not be returning to him.

Dr. Diaco has a horrible bedside manner. I felt like a number because he never once came into the exam room and greeted me by name. I had a breast augmentation and I told him I wanted a C cup and I am a DD. When I would ask questions he would act annoyed. I would not recommend for to anyone give him your hard earned money. There are better surgeons out there who will show you respect.

Dr. Diaco is very professional and extremley good at what he does. I've used him twice for breast implants and will be going back to him to fix my nose. Atleast 8 of my friends have used him and all they were all very happy with the results. He's really hot too!
