Dr. Keysone is amazing! Her compassion and concern regarding my elderly aunt has been nothing short of super-hero. We do not get that kind of peronal interest anymore in our world. I wish I had such an attentive and involved physician in Ontario.

This Madame Rebecca Keystone is completely incompetent. I wonder how she graduated from McGill University in Medicine. She should be a doctor for swine/pigs and not human beings. She took me for an idiot because I take medication for depression and anxiety. She once said to a patient that I have no time for people like you who suffer from depression and anxiety. She did not ask me how I do on my sleep

I feel so lucky to have been given a spot in Dr. Keystones practice after almost two years without a Doctor. She's to the point, listens an (my personal favorite) thinks about preventative medicine not just trying to fix a problem too late. Ok, she's a little late sometimes, but after only two interactions with her I would wait without any frustration because I truly believe I am being cared for.

This Madame Rebecca Keystone is completely incompetent. I wonder how she graduated from McGill in Medicine. She should be a doctor for swine/pigs and not human beings. Took me for an idiot because I take medication for depression and anxiety. Told me that I have to see a heart doctor and I said to her you mean a cardiologist. I am married to a retired doctor for the last 32 years and she corrects me?!! I told her that we spoke about my pre-stage cancer of the esophagus during the pandemic. Instead of telling me that she did not remember , she just rolled her eyes backwords thinking that I did not read body language. She forgot that I mentioned this serious decease. I told her I had black stools and I need to be referred to my gastro-interologist and she dismissed the black stool but when I was at the emergency of the Montreal General Hospital, the doctor told me it is blood in your stools and if you continue to have black stool please return to the Montreal General. Madame Keystone had a very nervous tick, shaking in front of me, maybe tourettess syndrome or maybe a sign of boredom trying to get rid of me. Who knows the rudeness and impoliteness, lack of manners was very obvious. I have a degree from McGill in Economics and Management. I deserve better care. But even patients who do not have degrees of any kind deserve proper care. In the olden days we were able to easily change a doctor and these days, sadly, it is not the case. There are a lack of competent doctors in this province. I give her one star and even that is generous. She is good for nothing. She is conceited and thinks she knows it all is above all people in society. I suggest she search for another profession.!! Maybe a vet job would be good for her. Thank you.

My first appointment with her fell short of my satisfaction as she quickly examined me and then left to see another patient. However, my last 3 appointments with her went extremely well. She seemed considerably more vested and interested in finding the cause of my pain . Her overall attitude and professionalism have improved 100 percent since my first visit. I suppose you have to catch her on a good day when she isn't overloaded with patients there. Overall, I am rating my cumulative experinces with her as a 9/10.

Worst doctor experience ever. She was late for the appointment and stressed as she was running late. That’s fine, I guess that’s the norm for walk-in clinics. But she seemed terribly impatient and made no effort to hide her annoyance. Moreover, she did not take my issue seriously. She even referred to my symptom (my reason for coming in at all) using her hands as quotation marks. She also didn’t believe my possible reasoning for the symptom which is backed up by 3 other doctors and a specialist, showing her lack of knowledge. Terrible experience.

My previous GP of 25 years kept telling me my thyroid was fine despite my unusual and disturbing ongoing symptoms. Dr Keyston ordered all the necessary blood tests based on really listening carefully! Witin a week my results showed not only hypothyroidism but Hashimoto autoimmune disease! A serious situation which she then referred me to a specialist. She’s been wonderful for other hearlth concerns as well. I highly recommend her.
