Kyle *VanderVALK is the best accupuncturist/chiropractor in the city. He is patient, kind, compassionate, and has the bedside manner of a saint with the healing power of Christ himself. I have been seeing Kyle for two years now, and swear by him. I would NEVER go to anyone else. His staff (a receptionist/one woman army, known only as "Lee") is cheery and bright, with a sense of humour and always ready to handle any task brought forth with the utmost efficiency and speed. Lee keeps on top of everything, and does it while making it look effortless. The office is always clean and warm, and smells nice. And it is always nice and quiet for accupuncture treatments. He will do anything to see that his patients are as relaxed as possible, whether it's putting on music, dimming the lights, talking through life's problems (which is NOT part of Kyle's job description, but he is always there to lend a sympathetic ear), and sometimes even offering comforting advice, even, in my case humming or singing along with whatever tune is in my head and forming the most God-awful duet anyone has ever heard. Kyle will go above and beyond for any of his patients, myself included, and has been known to give out his personal cell phone number to his patients in case of any questions or concerns they may have. Day or night. I once texted him at two in the morning over a leg cramp, and Kyle Vandervalk was un-phased. His ACCUPUNCTURE is virtually painless and far above par.
