This man was so kind to us, treated us with the utmost respect, and gave us frank honest thoughtful advice. My husband has no pain now for the first time in ages. If I ever wind up in emergency in Fort McMurray, I hope I am treated by him. He was spot on.

This doctor is inconsiderate comes off very racial and passive. Saw other paitents that came after me when i was the one who could not breath and needed immediate attention. when he finally came to see me was uninformative told me to go see family doctor after i had asked for advice. i would not want him as my family doctor or my choice of doctor if i needed emergency care.

My experience with this Dr was horrible. He came in the room, diagnosed my eye without examining it, looked into both my ears for two seconds and immediately started pumping out the prescriptions with no thought process or any understanding of the condition. He would not listen to anything I said and became confrontational and degrading and saying he is doing more then he even should and I should go see a family doctor. He spoke down to me and was incredibly aggressive and did nothing to assess the situation. The last thing I expect when I seek medical help is to be faced with a confrontation for me asking questions about my health and trying to explain that this has happened before in the last two weeks in the exact same way. Glorified pill pusher with no professionalism or care. Should have his license pulled.

I have never been more disgusted By a Dr.'s treatment than I was with Dr Palma's so brief so un compassionate. After looking on the internet and seeing this quote by the doc I now understand where his head is at. Not where it should be. "You have to see so many patients in order to make it lucrative because you're only paid so much per patient," says Palma. "I'd love to see two patients per hour or so, but then I couldn't pay my mortgage."

When I've been in Emerg at the Northern Lights Regional Hospital, this Dr Palma, has been extremely good at diagnosing my problem and always very friendly and obviously gets along with the nursing staff. It's nice to see regular emergency doctors here for years. They aren't afraid of the busyness and the long lineups. The care is excellent. Thanks
