Yes, sometimes you have to wait...but, Dr. Hixon is worth waiting on..He is a busy doctor but one I trust. His staff is always helpful and polite!!

The Dr is wonderful, and very knowledgable. He also has a great bedside manner. However, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. There is often AT LEAST a 90 minute wait, and they will not call in refills for prescriptions in a timely manner. Even in emergency situations, there are no concessions made. This is by the office staff, not the doctor; however, it makes it difficult to work with them. Great doctor, bad staff :(
