Dr Heidi Carew was a gem to find among all the busy doctors in St. John's. She makes you feel very important, and she listens. She remembers to ask you about specific personal things when she sees you - I don't know how she does remember these things. I switched to Dr Carew after my last family physician made me wait more than two hours for an appointment. I don't believe I have ever waited more than 15 minutes for Dr Carew. She is punctual and caring, and she is very thorough. It is very much appreciated! I never have a negative thing to say about my family doctor when trading stories with family and friends. They are all jealous! :)

Dr. Carew is one of the most helpful empathetic people I have had the opportunity to meet. A difficult year medically was made bearable by her concern, care and follow up. Referrals were done quickly and she was sure to ask you to let her know how these appointments went. St. John's is lucky to have Dr. Carew

I have been seeing Dr. Carew for 3 years now. She is kind, truly caring, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I would rate her higher than the scale if that were an option!

I've been seeing Dr Carew for just over a year now and find her to be very knowledgeable, caring and there to listen as well. Suggests to come back for a follow up and just to see how things are going.....never have to wait long for an appt and or to get in to see her when you are at the clinic. Best service I have ever had at a clinic.

Dr. Carew is pofessional, knowledgeable, a great listener, and one who respects a patient's need to control their medical treatment. She is respectful of your concerns and is willing to discuss various options. It isn't easy to accomplish all this in a timely manner. I am so thankful my health care is in such capable hands.
