She has been professional and pregnancy check-ups were quick; however, she has been late arriving. In one case, I could hear her talking in the hall while I had to wait 15+ minutes past my appointment time. For someone who had to get to work after my appointment, I found this to be careless of the patient's time. Otherwise, the staff at Sutter have been great.
