I was referred by my dentist for root plane and scaling. The procedure lasted less than an hour. During the procedure, the doctor entertained three separate interruptions to discuss another patient. During the interruptions, he continued to work on my teeth at what I felt was a rushed pace. I will not be going back since I did not feel I had his undivided attention during an invasive procedure.
