Love the staff, but Dr. Rocky is young and arrogant. I didn’t feel he really listened to me and certainly did not have a good understanding of a chronic neurological disorder I have had for 12 years and see two specialists for but was quick to insult me, imply that I was having a mental breakdown and just made me overall angry and embarrassed every time I saw him. The office also doesn’t have an after hours emergency line with someone on call and you have to watch the billing as I’ve had multiple issues with incorrect codes being rejected.

Thought I'd like him..his staff is ok but he spends more time putting me down than helping.

The incompetence of the staff to get something done other than booking an apt.. never ceases to amaze me. I started taking adequate documentation to prove the many calls you have to put in per day to get NO WHERE! I have had 3 instances where you get the run around on the phone . they will switch you to a recording that the office is closed. they have told me he was at lunch call after 1:00 pm only for someone else to tell you it's his day off. Forget trying to get a refill over the phone if your having an issue you have to physically get in the car and go there. short of sending up smoke signals ..I give up . Love you Doc Roc but your staff blows
