After having Dr. Archer for years, I was curious as to how I would like Dr. d'Eon. I am writing this to say how pleased I am with him. He is young and his trainimg is so up-to-date. He is knowledgeable in advanced techniques and explained to me all my options and the cost of each. I never felt a thing and I can't believe how relaxed I was with him. His new hygienist also did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.

I could not recommend Dr. D'eon to enough people!! I am so pleased w/ his extensive knowledge, patience & "chair side manor" is above any other dentist I have had my life. I have to admit he looks very young when you first meet him but his knowledge & way he takes time to explain my options, was comforting. He does not push you toward the most expensive option, unlike my former dentists. Since I do not have insurance $$ is a big concern for my family. I was explained all my treatment options and cost b4 treatment. I have kids and my experience w/ the government program is the benefits are limited,only cover yearly X-rays and checkup. I had the best cleaning EVER by both hygienists,at different appointments!!! Best staff, friendly, knowledgable, helpful. If you need an amazing, stress free dental experience, you need to call Dr. Jordan's office ( he even wishes you call him Jordan, so different from the "white coat" older dentist.)

My children are covered under the provincial dental program but I was charged over $150 for their dental visit. When I asked why I was charged so much I was told that they do not participate in the program and I had to pay cash. When I called the provincial dental program to find out which dentists do participate I was told that Dr. D'Eon's office does participate, which means they charged me out of pocket for no reason. My husbands dental bill was always around $90 with Dr. Archer before Dr. D'Eon came along, now it is almost twice that much for the exact same services. Will never go to this crook again, neither will any of my 9 family members that used to see Dr. Archer. Not impressed!

I admit that I was hesitant to continue at this clinic after Dr Archer retired, but there could not have been a better replacement! Jordan is very knowledgeable, approachable and explains all the options! I was extremely pleased with the staff, and the new dental hygienist, who also explained everything very well. I am recommending this clinic to all my friends!
