I would give Dr Tait and his entire staff a rating of 10 stars! I have undergone several very unpleasant and intense procedures with little to no pain and even less anxiety. There is no question Dr Tait and his team are highly skilled professionals with unlimited compassion.

He is a great dentist if you're not on welfare. Despite being told not to go to him initially (by a family member who he gave up on halfway through a procedure -- early on in his career), I found him and his staff to be kind, caring, and professional. That was until he "fixed" a broken tooth for me. I was on welfare at the time and for weeks following the procedure I was in excruciating pain. So much so that I had trouble falling asleep and my teeth would clinch so tightly while I slept that I would wake up. His office was called and told about this at the time. I was told that this was normal.
Within 6 months, I had a noticeable hole around the back of the filling. The experience was so physically traumatic that I refuse to go back.

My first real visit there today..Erin my hygienist was excellent...very gentle and thorough. Dr Tait is so personable and took lots of time to explain what necessary work was needed. After all these years with the same dentist who is retiring, I feel i have found another great ally in my dental health!

Found Dr. Tait via this site.. so grateful for the other comments posted. I have a fear since childhood, had to find a new Dentist in NB as I've moved here from NS and left a fabulously kind and gentle dentist there. Dr. Tait was wonderful to me, very kind and patient with regard to my fears. I've already booked my next appt and will likely have my records transferred to his clinic. Highly recommend Dr. Tait. His office staff and assistant were also wonderful.

An excellent dentist. Very caring and professional. I am absolutely terrified of dentists and only go when it is completely unavoidable. Dr. Tait is so good at what he does, however, that I almost don't mind going which I didn't think I would ever say.
