Dr Chahine is very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Her assistant was very nice and made me feel at ease. Receptionist Gabriella was very pleasant .

Dr Chahine is very kind and professional. She removed my teeth with such gentleness. I hardly felt a thing! Her assistant Christine was very nice and even made me laugh when I was feeling so scared! BUT I almost didn't come to my appointment in the first place because of her secretary Gabriella!! First it took forever to get a call back when I left a message! Then when I couldn't understand her, she shouts at me for it! When I arrived for my appointment, she was on a personal call and didn't even see me standing in front of her! I would strongly recommend customer care courses for her if you intend on keeping someone with her sheer rudeness! Other than her, my experience was quite positive.

Amazing! She took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth and made the experience so comfortable and safe for me. She was soothing and answered all of my questions. Her staff was great and the nurse who helped her during the surgery was fantastic

Dr. Chahine is a role model for the kind of care and compassion we humans deserve: excellent surgical skills (I have had enough surgery on my teeth/gums to know); equally potent bedside manner (she listens and explains with utmost patience and generosity); and true empathy (not only does she care about the health of my mouth, I actually feel she cares about me). I have seen Dr Chahine for a number of complicated extractions and implants and every experience and follow up was literally stellar. I am forever in her debt for making this lifelong challenge so much easier to deal with. I would also like to give a shout-out to her world-class assistant Christine (great tech skills; warm, sensitive and comforting) and wonderful receptionist Gabriella, who is always warm and there to help. Highly recommended!

I had to get an infected molar removed that had been hurting me for months. Dr Chahine was probably the best oral surgeons I have ever seen. She is kind, caring and professional. She accurately described everything she was doing before doing it. It was virtually a painless experience because of her experience and compassion. Her explanations were clear and complete. She even called later that evening to see how I was doing, the first who ever did that! I recommend her very highly!!! Her secretary Gabriella also was very polite and courteous on the phone and in person.

Dr Carol J. Chahine est tres attentionnée , professionnelle et à l’écoute. Elle répète durant l’extraction que je ne devrais pas sentir la douleur donc elle valide tout le temps si tout va bien.
Je la recommande fortement. Si vous avez des dents à extraire appeler la vous n’allez pas le regretter.
