Dr. Manoharan has been my family doctor since before her private practice. She has always been warm and friendly but her staff suck. If you are not of South Asian descent, they ignore you. The medical practice's voicemail states they will call you back within 24 - 48 hours after you leave a message, but hearing that I am obviously not South Asian, my voicemail messages get ignored. It has happened multiple times where I call and ask for a prescription refill to be faxed only to have to call again a week later because the pharmacy hasn't received anything and I have been without my very much needed medication. And it is not Dr. Manoharan that is ignoring the messages, it is her front office staff that don't bother forwarding the request to her. I get the same experience when I go into the office for an appointment as well. I'm ignored by the front staff, I get minimal responses, I don't even get a smile. Yet any South Asian that comes through that door is met with a smile and is greeted warmly. And it's not like I act like white privilege either. I am always polite to everyone in the office. I sit down quietly in the waiting room, I don't talk loudly on the phone, I don't act arrogant or above anyone...I just sit and wait patiently for my appointment. I feel like just because I am not South Asian, I shouldn't even be there yet it was Dr. Manoharan herself who invited to go with her to her private practice and be my primary family doctor. I love you doc, but you really need to find some non prejudiced office staff.

Been my family doctor for a number of years. Although staff could be more efficient, she is very kind, patient and has great bedside manner. The main reason I keep coming to her is how warm and empathic she is towards whatever issue I have. Sometimes long wait time can be reduced however

I usually don’t write reviews but Patient care is horrible. Does not send prescription to pharmacy in a timely manner. Mailbox is sometimes full to leave a msg to request an appointment . Receptionist very unorganized

She’s well knowledgeable but her punctuality is zero, even with an appointment you have to wait 4 hours, she must know the value of time, if she doesn’t care about her own time she must at least care about other people who value their time. She’s not helpful at all, she doesn’t refer you to good and knowledgeable specialists

I have been seeing Dr.Manoharan for 3 years now and she is amazing. She is so friendly and warm every time I see her, I have no issue discussing any medical complaints with her. Although she is busy, she still is very caring every appointment. Her staff could be somewhat rude at times but Dr.Manoharan is the reason I still go to her clinic.

Dr. Manoharan is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor who really cares about her patients. I have been to many doctors who rush in and out of the room. But she really takes her time to reassure her patients. I have only one chronic medical issue and otherwise I am healthy so I hardly take much time with her but while waiting for my turn she would take more than half hour with some patients in the room. But I don't get upset over this. Most of her patients are probably more complicated than me so I go in expecting to wait a while even if I have an appointment. My parents are both her patients and they really like her. Its a very busy practice but she still takes her time to answer all of their questions. The front staff are nice but some patients are so rude to them.

There is a very long wait time even with an appointment. I had to do a very simple thing and staff advised book an appointment which I did. I had an appointment for example at11am and got in at 2 pm to 230pm. I had to wait for three to three and a half hours. That is unacceptable. The staff is rude and not friendly. They also need to be trained properly how to attend to patients in a polite manner and how to take blood. The doctor is nice and helpful however when she is busy which is always, even with an appointment, she rushes you out without fully answering all your questions about something. She says things like I have other patients to attend to. Also, they seem to overbook or have too many patients.

Very bad poorpunctuality.. rude staff.. no hlpulness.. my mom she was waiting from 10 am to 2.30 pm today sept 9th 2019... 75 years old mom she is not feeling well she came here and wait longer its not nice.. becz we are not coming to time pass.. when we r not feeling.. very very bad.
