Dr Hunter is the best dr. I have ever had in my 50 something years. He gave me a new life and for that I am very grateful. I hope he stays around for a long time...He is very very needed in the city.

Dr. Christopher Hunter is on my top list! Handsome ; ) Professionally speaking, he is professional and personable in the way he relates to his patients. I like his sense of humour and sincere interest where health matters are concerned. He's a KEEPER!

First doctor that fully took me seriously and is fully willing tobsend me for any tests he thinks may help find the reason for an issue. He holds off on invasive tests whenever possible of course but he didn't hesitate to send me for bloodwork, and ultrasounds when I was having frequent abdominal pains.

I was so impressed with Dr. Hunter. My 2 year old grandson ended up at Portage hospital not feeling very well. my daughter and I were in a room waiting to see a doctor, next thing we see is Dr. Hunter walking in the room picked up my grandson to see what the problem was,behind Dr Hunter was the attending doctor that was to see my grandson. Attending doctor made a joke to Dr Hunter, are you trying to steal my patient? Dr Hunter nope he is my regular patient just checking up to see whats wrong,he even stayed until the attending doctor looked over my grandson . What impressed me was Dr. Hunter was concerned about his patient on duty or not! We have never had a doctor care so much about his patient :)

Finally a Dr that listens to patient and does not rely on previous Drs opinions and will use specialists if requied.If Dr Hunter continues as he is doing Portage will have a great Dr at the clinic.
