Biography
Dr. Michlitsch lectures on his areas of expertise locally, as well as on a national level. He has presented his original shoulder research at national meetings of The American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Michlitsch currently serves as head team physician for Monte Vista High School and acts as an orthopedic surgical consultant for high school and collegiate athletes in the East Bay. He is an associate team physician for St. Mary’s College and currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. A member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, he serves as Co-Director of the Muir Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Program.
