Appointments are overbooked. I have waited in the waiting room over an hour several times, and not even seen Dr.Shen.

Dr. Rhuna Shen is a horrible doctor. She never sees her patients and when she does there is no eye contact. She does not return any phone calls that are made to her when a patient calls with a concern or complaint. All calls are forwarded to her N.P.

She saw in the hospital, no compassion of the chest pain I was having, I guess she though I was lying??? I have a passing out problem, with out explanation or symptoms, she asked stupid questions with this smile on her face like she did not believe or I was hypochondriac. Did not like her at all

Dr. Shen is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She is willing to take the time to sit and listen. Many doctors are so rushed you feel you are inconveniencing them. Not so with Dr. Shen - she truly cares. Her caring touch is sometimes all that is needed to lower the BP! Great doctor who is knowledgeable and worth the wait.
