Dr Ghumman was very nice. Room was excellent not filthy as in another comment. He was patient and kind and I felt very comfortable with him.
Receptionist was very nice too.
Do not hesitate to book an appointment with him.

Just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done by Dr. Ghumman. I found him to be quite a nice man.
He was kind and helpful to me. I am not judging this doctor because he was reprimanded for something that one of his surgical nurses did, by not counting correctly.
Yes, he is in charge of the team, but I feel that the nurse should have been reprimanded as well.
We all make mistakes. Give the man a break. We are fortunate to have him as doctors and surgeons in
this country are not as plentiful as they once were. Thank you Dr. Ghumman. Janet

Arrived at my hemorrhoid banding appointment in a disorganized and dirty patient room. I laid on the bed with my pants down and the doctor started preparing the area with lube and stuck something in me. The doctor didn't explain any of this to me beforehand.

I then expected the procedure to start, but him and the nurse couldn't get the machine running and said it was broken. They left me there half prepared and in discomfort on the table while they called around the hospital for someone to fix it. The doctor came back and pulled out what was in me without warning, and left me laying there in a mess. I asked for something to clean myself up and wiped myself down. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, and I had enough so I left. It's mine boggling to me that they didn't prepare or check the machine before I arrived for the appointment.

The only positive thing I have to say is the secretary I spoke with on the phone and the nurse were kind to me. The doctor himself has zero bedside manor and didn't apologize even once about the experience.

After reading about how the doctor was reprimanded in the past for professional misconduct over a botched surgery and forced to step down, I don't think I'll ever be back.

Find another surgeon if you can.

This doctor has no professionalism. I saw him about a growth on my rectum. He asked me to take my pants off and then he called his entire staff over to see and they all chuckled. Not funny.

I have stage 3 internal hemorrhoids and Mr. Ghumman did a hemorrhoid banding which did not help in the slightest way. I. Asked him? For other options. And he told me there is no other options. I did talk to a doctor in Mexico who is willing to remove them for me so that is my next plan. It's really sad that the healthere is so unreliable in Canada. But oh well I guess I'll just go spend the $7000 get it done right!

Dr Ghumman is cery rude and he does call names and thinks its funny....his anothesiologist is a complete ah i went in for a colonoscopy and upper Gi bc i was bloated and in 3 months gained unexplained weight gain of 80 lbs and he told me i was fat and to lay off Mcdonalds and i told the ah to please put the sleeping meds in the iv slowly bc he puts it in fast and it burned my whole body and dr was laughing saying i will be alseep soon did he just come to Canada to torture ppl the way they do in his country bc its not funny nor is it prifessional but he keeps getting away with it even the young girl who died after he took out her gallbladder and left an onject inside of her shame on him

I have had 2 procedures done by this Doctor and while both were done to my satisfaction, the follow up was hardly what I expected. He was over an hour late for my appointment, no apology for keeping me waiting and was less than 2 minutes were spent with me. I only went to him to avoid a long wait elsewhere. My procedure was minor, I would hesitate of going to him for anything major.

This man should not be practicing medicine. He was absolutely insensitive to the pain I was experiencing when I came in to see him. I was coming in for a fairly routine exploratory surgery and when I woke up I was in screaming pain. This level of agonizing pain was not something that I had been advised of before the procedure and was a complete shock to me. When I awoke from the surgery and called for help because of the extreme pain I was experiencing, there was a long wait before I even saw the doctor and when he came to check on me. He told me to “stop crying like a girl”. I was shocked that a medical professional in that situation would ridicule his patient in such a way that made me feel as if I did not matter and the pain that I was experiencing was of no significance to him. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I’ve been traumatized by the experience and I strongly would caution anyone from taking any sort of care from this man. You are better off waiting and dealing with a qualified surgeon who cares about their patients. I hope my story will encourage you to look elsewhere for medical help because no one should have to go through the type of experience that I went through with this doctor.
