I was lucky to be a patient of dr bladu. His immediate concern and quiet disposition was reassuring . All the procedures he conducted 2biopsies as well as hifu were done with integrity and compassion. The follow ups and consultations were done as humanly as plausible given the situation . Dr bladu is a prince and a saviour and I am indebted to have crossed his path. G lindner

My husband had his prostate removed 4 yrs ago. Wonderful,warm, caring surgeon. Took time to explain issues and gave the options for us to decide. The da vinci surgery is the way to go and worked beautifully for my husband. Highly recommended.

My uncle passed away 18 months ago and to this day when I think about it, I feel very angry and cannot accept that a specialist such as Dr. Bladou would completely miss the fact that he had prostate cancer.
My uncle was a 73 yr. old very active man who had never been sick. He was one of those that did not believe in going to doctors unless you were sick. He suddenly was unable to urinate and was taken to the Jewish. He was told that he had an enlarged prostate and inserted a catheter, given medication(the incorrect one), and told to come back in a month. He did as told but when catheter was removed there was no change- catheter reinserted, was referred to Dr. Bladou.
Dr. Bladou basically told him to keep catheter for longer time and he would reassess him- after multiple infections caused by catheter and no change, Dr. Bladou told him he would need surgery but because it was not cancer, Dr. Bladou would not operate and he was referred to another specialist at the Jewish. Dr. Bladou did not have the decency to arrange this himself after seeing this patient suffer for 8 months with a catheter . While waiting for this other appointment, the family looked to see another dr who within 2 weeks performed the required surgery to discover that uncle had prostate cancer with metastasis to the bones.
My uncle's mistake in life was not to go for regular check ups, but Dr. Bladou 's mistake cost him his life.

amazing that urology has no information on male functionality and sexual health is a non issue that is NOT EXPLAINED by the robotic guru.when you are in total shock after surgery you will be sent to various other doctors,psychologists ,psychiatrists,and guess what the good robot pro will tell you.................THAT IS FIXABLE..

After waiting for this doctor for over an hour the secretary told me there's been a mistake and referred me to another urologist.

this doctor completely omitted to mention a very important subject in a human beings life.....................sexuality................i was told after surgery.....what to have asked BEFORE..................i was also given a surgical procedure which WAS NOT ON THE AGENDA.......i was not warned,i was not advised............i was misled..................................so what are the consequences .....YOU DECIDE...........................

Got a "supposedly" UTI after cystoscopy. He prescribed Cipro. Have had neurological complications from this heavy duty antibiotic. CIPRO as I have learned should NOT be given for UTI's since this is usually last line for very difficult infections. He didn't even know whether I had an infection - which I didn't. As head of the urology dept this should be standard knowledge?? I now have peripheral neuropathy plus leg weakness plus a bunch of other issues.
