Wow! I was embarrassed to come in to this clinic with my long list of questions but this doctor was very patient with me and answered everything. Too bad she is only available for walk-in and can't follow me, which I asked her. Thank you! Merci!

I do not recommend Dr. Sarah Kerner. If you see she is the one who is going to be caring for you at the clinic, you’re better off waiting for the next Dre. I found her demeanour poor and I felt like cattle - in and out. Her lack of knowledge or any real solution for my illness lacked any thinking or thoroughness. I’m surprised she is allowed to “see” patients with the lack of care provided - I can only assume this happens with others. Really disappointing

The team that runs this clinic is top notch. It was easy to get an appointment and the doctor that met me on this visit was terrific. I shared a lot, perhaps too much, but this doctor was patient and supportive and gave me practical advice. Grateful :)

I consulted Dr. Kerner regarding a delicate health problem, and she was very attuned to my needs, showed sincere empathy, asked me pertinent questions, allowed me the time to express my worries without haste and ordered the proper tests/referred me to the right specialists. I left her office feeling seen and heard, so I am truly grateful to her for the experience she provided.

I had a very unsatisfactory visit with Dr Kerner. During my visit I don’t feel like she came up with any real treatment solutions nor did she recommend next steps for my situation. I have some postpartum issues that have lingered and she basically said there wasn’t much I could do. I needed some sort treatment for my symptoms. Wish I had seen a different doctor honestly. The other staff seemed nice enough.

Doc Kerner was my walk-in doctor. She is a very human doctor who always listens to her patients. She's funny and doesn't like to prescribe medicine for nothing. What's more, she's easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things clearly. I'd definitely recommend her.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time and now I am seeing some of these comments. One person describes Sarah Kerner as thinking faster than the rest of us—?? Thinking faster is not the issue I experienced. I just wish she could THINK! I found this “dr” empty - empty with suggestions, empty with observations, empty with brain cells. I saw her at a clinic on St Jacques in NDG - I won’t even go back to that clinic after the poor care.

Found this Dr to not understand the basic concepts of what I was explaining. Will not be seeing her again. Felt like patient care was low on her priorities.
