Have to disagree with that previous rating . I found the staff exceptionally helpful and nice . Dr ONeill was very good with my child and phoned the next day to make sure he was better . Found the other doctors equally as helpful .

Dr. Shane O'Neill was once the best doctor I had ever seen, he really went above and beyond for his patients & thought outside the box when routine treatments didn't work. However over the last year he has become complacent, negligent, unprofessional and is no longer the great doctor he once was. As a result, he has lost several of his former patients, including my entire family. The receptionists are extremely rude and unaccomodating, the worst perpetrators being Lynn & Tracy. If you are looking for a friendly practice this is not the place to go. Thanks to Doctor O'Neill and his rude secretaries (all except Pauline), I am now unfortunately on the lookout for a new GP.
