She is my mothers Dr. and when it comes to re-filling prescriptions or asking a serious medical question, when they say "l'll get her to call you back" NEVER HAPPENS
Trying to get my pharmacy to re-fill a prescription she prescribed is so difficult. My pharmacy has faxed over the request for a refill 7 times and I can't get the medication for my Mom that she needs. RIDICULOUS!!

Condescending, no compassion. Makes you feel bad for asking questions and having concerns. Never gets to the root of the problem and is always masking with quick fixes or prescriptions. Not open minded at all and is quite out of date on the most beneficial health practices. She has no interest in helping others it seems and is another Doctor just regurgitating things she learned from indoctrinated medical school books. Ive seen her pull out her phone to try and diagnose me through google, which funnily enough she recommends not to do that. I understand it must be hard being a doctor, but if you’re not a compassionate person that thrives on helping people then you shouldn’t be in the field. My most recent appointments have been by phone but my Other experiences were all in person.

She has a huge ego and does not listen. I am looking for a new Doctor as I have given up on her not providing referrals when she says she has, and that the fax must have been broken.

Dr. Glazner is punctual. However, seems to be less interested and helpful then from a couple of years ago. Initially an excellent Doctor, seemed compassionate, interested and helpful. I have had a few health issues over last few years, and she doesn't seem to be on top of them to help me...have to remind her what they are, and doesn't seem concerned. Disappointing.
