No question Dr. Gonzales knows what he is doing but his staff member is the worst. She is quite incompetent and condescending. Please train her how to use therapeutic communication skills.

Dr. Goncalves has a very poor bedside manner but does seem to be knowledgeable. Front end staff is awful.
