He is so sarcastic! And keeps saying specialist are wrong! When I teel this "doctor" i have been previously diagnosed with this and that and I got exams done" doesn't even let me finish my explanation and says "they are wrong". How may specializations does he have to say other specialists are wrong?
Thus, I am latina, and even after telling him my home country several times, he kept calling me Bolivian or Colombian.
The worst experience ever.

dr. kennedy is a lovely, caring man who has helped my family in so many ways. i owe my life to him!!! he is extremely intelligent and is probably the smartest man on pei. thank you dr. kennedy for all of your hard work and care. we love you!!

Saw him at Stratford walk-in clinic. He must have seen in excess of 50 patients. He is very efficient and kind. We are lucky to have him providing this service.

I seen Dr.Kennedy last Thursday in Stratford clinic . He gets right to the point and is very knowledgeable. I’ve had Doctors and very few ever asked if I had any health concerns that need addressing right away. I do need a oncologist and neurologist thank you for giving me the information that will help me move forward with my concerns.

Saw Dr. Kennedy in a walk in clinic. He was punctual, caring and efficient. His personality always makes me smile.
I would love to have him as my GP!

I liked Dr Kennedy since I first saw him a number of years ago when I lived out east and he was working in Souris.I like his "cut to the chase" attitude and I esp like his sense of humor that many people may not get but I do.I believe he is a fine man and a fine doctor.
