I have been wearing mono-vision contact lenses for over 10 years and when I told her I needed an exam and new rx, she told me I had been using the wrong eye for the lense and would have to change. I informed her that would not work because I target shoot, she insisted on giving me a lense for the other eye. Now she has closed her office, I have no rx and I'm out $100.00.

I don't even know where to begin with this doctor, in my whole 16 years of wearing glasses/contacts I have never experienced anything like what I did in her exam room. She was awful, beyond rude about every situation making me feel so uncomfortable and I was the patient! If I began to type everything that I experienced I wouldn't have enough space. She had no clue what she was doing, she gave me a pair of "trial" contacts that were a weaker prescription but failed to let me know that they were not the right prescription.i waited to speak with her after my exam to tell her I literally don't think I can see in these to drive home, her response was " you will have to deal with it, that's all I have ". So professional(NOT), she is a quack and has no idea what she is doing, as well as no personality for her profession. It infuriates me that I paid her and had the experience I did, i hope she gets enough complaints to put her out of practice, she is awful!!!!
