I'm glad Dr. Saadeddin moved to New Zealand , The man is a man not a God , in which he wants you to think of him. He is an arrogant pompass donkey .. He doesn't have any bedside manners and like to belittle you , He told me quote on quote, all you do all day is sit on the couch eating chocolate and ice cream! HOw dare you !

What's worse than not going to a doctor for an ailment. Going to see dr saaddadin. Doesn't listen to patient or want to know any of patients history( important information). Colossal waste of valuable years trying to seek treatment.I suspect his specialty is writing prescriptions for patients in palliative care because that's where you'll end up due to lack of proper treatment.

Arrogant, obnoxious and insensitive. He has no empathy and hurried my elderly mother out of the room without answering her questions. We fired him.

Oh my where to begin, let me start by saying I have a referral to another specialist tomorrow and I am crossing my fingers/toes etc that she will take me on as I am so ready to fire this doctor. He is very condescending and not willing to listen or seem to care how much my crohns affects my quality of life. I am out of town and was told he does phone consults well yes when it is convenient. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to hear from him as well as have my refills called in. This is unacceptable and that is just the icing on the cake. I am a very compliant patient that takes my meds as told, gets the required tests and is very knowledgable about my disease as I have the time to research one disease not like a doctor so if I have a suggestion or query please at least give me an informed reason for not etc not just because it is not run of the mill or mainstream. A good doctor will listen to a patient and work with them. I do not feel supported or managed. causes me much stress.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Saadeddin. I have no idea what he was talking about. The appointment was rushed and awkward. His accent is too thick for me to know what hes saying and it all came off rude to me. I am in extreme discomfort and he couldn't have cared less. The office itself was surprisingly off putting as well. Cheap, uncomfortable and messy. The staff wasn't very friendly either and seemed like they had a hard time relaying information to the doctor as well. And what the heck is he doing dictating to a recorder while I'm in front of him signing consent forms, talk about awkward and distracting. Their whole set up is out dated and unprofessional, I do not look forward to going back, it was just bizarre.

He has been a very knowledgable and helpful doctor for me, and helped me to diagnose an issue that I have had for many years. He is willing to go above and beyond to find a diagnosis. Jessica is also very friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately, he is often running behind and wait times for me have been anywhere from 2 minutes to 45 minutes.

Not very good with interaction as he has things to say and there is no deviation. Appointments feel rushed. When I would ask him a question he always says 'we'll get back to that' and then we never do. I feel that he wants you to do what he says but there is little explaination as to why. Worst experience ever with the colonoscopy as I mentioned at the start that there was a kink in the needle so no solution was getting through - for the whole procedure - no-one cared as the procedure wasn't stopped to investigate and fix the problem. Not very happy with him.

When I first met him it was great help and got me in right away. he was the only one to diagnos when others didnt go the extra mile. Once given the news though he told me to learn about it on Google. When selecting meds we didnt discuss them only "take as your told" It would have been nice for a more hands on approach to treatment plan. As well as during procedures he believes in contious sedation. From my experience I remember the horrible pain during the procedure and cried after. I apprechiate his help, but their is room for improvment and bedside manners. Staff could also use better communication on knowing whats going on for appts and prep procedures.
