Dr. Lee has been my doctor for five years now and in the beginning I found her to be polite, smart and very thorough. Now I find her to always be in a rush to finish the appointment. I feel I do not get to fully tell her what’s wrong because she tells me over and over that she has to go. I have confirmed with her receptionists multiple times in the past about expressing a concern during my appointment and have been reassured that Dr Lee will address it during the appointment. When the appointment arrives, she seems very dismissive and irritated that I am expressing the concern I have. It never feels as if she cares, just tries to rush through the appointment and even snaps at you that she has another appointment. I am not sure how long phone appointments are supposed to be, however anything past 5 mins and she is trying to get you off the phone. She makes you feel as if you are wasting her time. Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour.

Dr. Susan Lee has been my doctor for 8 years. I find her very helpful, caring and pleasant. She has done several referrals for me, no problem. Followup and appointments no problem. Have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes on a scheduled appointment. I find her efficient and professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for more than five years. She is very kind, knowledgeable, prepared, thorough and takes the time to make sure that she fully understands any issue with which I am dealing. Referrals are handled promptly and efficiently. I would be happy to recommend her to others, although I understand that she already has a full patient list.

I found Dr Lee to be a great Dr, very personable, caring, listens and helped me when other doctors I went to dropped the ball. I read a rather unflattering report of Dr Lee here and found that surprising. I have not had a family doctor in 30 years so I go to walk in clinics and see many different doctors; some I would not recommend, others are ok but none have really stood out. On the day I saw Dr Lee I had just been to see another doctor to get a referral and two requisitions but the other doctor refused to help me. Dr Lee listened to my problems and gave me everything I needed; it was a tremendous weight off my shoulders. So far I would place Dr Lee (Susan Lee) at the top of the list as being the best of the best. I was so impressed with her I asked if she would consider being my family doctor...sadly and not surprisingly, she is not taking new patients and already has a long list of people waiting for her to take them on.

Good Morning, I normally do not want negativity in my life but I found it in Dr. Lee. Absolutely no bedside manner or empathy. She is quick to write a prescription, but getting a referral from her is a nightmare. Although no wait times to see her which is a positive. She is condescending, highly arrogant, and she does indicate she has the health of her patient always at hand, but not so. I do not recommend her in any way. Suggestion for her, please do not rush through diagnosis, take your time and most important, listen to the patients concerns. Thank you and if you do choose her, good luck.

Susan lee has been my family doctor since 2012, and she is the most diligent doctor that I have had. She is thorough, and sends me out for referrals when she is not certain on issues. She checks up on my health, and asks me to book check-ups to ensure that my health is going on the right track. She is also the doctor for my two children and does an amazing job for them. She's very polite and warm, has comforted me during some difficult times, and I always feel comfortable knowing that I am in good hands with her.
