This doctor did not care that I am in pain due to a cyst that is compressing my nerves in the low back. He had 2 MRI's in front of him but chose to not help me and hopefully remove it. The visit started with asking me how I do with anesthesia and am I allergic to any medicines. By the end of the visit , he said he wasn't going to take it out. He just advised to get massage, chiro and stretch. Not sure why he had me travel 3 hours, book a hotel overnight. He could have told me over the phone or not triage my file with a visit to him. Terrible experience.

Dr Demarchi is an amazing surgeon.. I recently went for neck and spine surgery and I can’t believe how detailed and hands on he was with how he described the procedure.I was in so much pain and uncomfortable in my own skin. Dr demarchi worked wonders for me and for that I’m forever grateful to him. I highly recommend him for anyone needing surgery. He is a lifesaver and now I can live my life pain free. Thank you Dr Demarchi,, you’re the best 🤩

I highly recommend Dr. DeMarchi and I consider myself lucky to have him as a doctor on my team!
I’ve had some issues with my neck over the past many years that has resulted in quite a few flare ups of radiculopathy down my right arm over the past few years; resulting in mind numbing pain.
I had a consult with him for my neck and he was extremely kind and friendly. He was very thorough during my assessment and made sure I understood what my imaging meant and how it correlated with my symptoms, he discussed what my options are, he answered all of my questions, as well as ensured that I didn’t have any further questions at the end of my appointment.
While I was driving home a few questions that I wish I had asked him popped in my head, but that was my own fault for not being prepared. So to whoever is reading this, make sure to be prepared and make a list, which I didn’t do. Haha!
I truly do not have one negative thing to say about him! Thank you Dr. DeMarchi :)

Went to see him with what was, at the time, a recent fractured L4 and suffering from sciatica for years. I'm also a multiple myeloma patient that had undergone radiation in that area about 8 months before the surgery. He was very thorough in his explanation of options for my back. Fusion was taken off the table because of the bone weakness from the cancer. He performed a kyphoplasty procedure on my back in December of 2021. I was warned before the surgery was scheduled that it may relieve the back pain or may not. I was also told that if would help with the sciatica. I was given the usual talk about pain management after surgery saying that recovery could be any where from two to six weeks. This is a day surgery operation. After coming out of recovery the Dr. stopped by to check on me and I was released for the 80 mile drive home the same day. I slept most of the way home and had my first decent sleep in a long time that night. When I woke up the next morning, I felt absolutely wonderful. No pain. No issues. I wouldn't have even realised I had surgery the day before, if I hadn't been there and gone through it. The soreness in my back was gone and no sign of my sciatica. To me, it was nothing short of a miracle to be walking around 24 hours later after having surgery with no pain and no side effects. Even Dr. Dimarchi was surprised when I went for my followup visit 6 weeks later. Not everyone gets the same results. In my case, I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out. It's been over a year since the surgery and all is still great. Can't thank him and his staff enough.

I was not able to play sports again after having a herniated L5S1, which was brutal.
I was referred to Dr. Demarchi by my family physician. I wasn’t fond on having surgery, but at that point in my life, I had no quality of life. So I decided to see Dr. Demarchi.
Very pleased with the results. I’m active once again and can go on living my life as it was. I would recommend Dr Ryan Demarchi to anyone in need of a neurosurgeon.
Thank you Dr Demarchi for changing my life.

What an incredible Doctor. No wait time and so very caring and explained everything so I could make an informed decision about my surgery. I was/am in great hands. His assistant Melody was so approachable and kind it was a pleasure. All the staff I dealt with were top notch. My surgery went off without a hitch and I can’t say enough about Dr DiMarchi and his caring and very skilled ways. There should be more than five stars for this team.

Took my 91 year old dad to Dr. DeMarchi today was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The front staff is very friendly. We waited 5 minutes which is unheard of for a specialist. Dr. Demarchi was more than helpful with my dads problems
He took lots of time to talk and explain to my dad about his problems.
He treated my dad with respect which is hard to come by with a 91 year old. Most doctors just want to write off someone his age.
My dad is a very active 91 year old still golfing
Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a neurosurgeon
