Completely arrogant. Extreme neck and shoulder pain and when demonstrating ways I could have hurt it he “kinks” his neck and spends a minute ooohing and ahhhing and stretching - felt mocked. Was also going through miscarriage and he just quickly interrupts and says “yeah you miscarried your hcg is low” well thank I know that that’s what I’ve said. Just very arrogant and uncaring. We had Dr. Luke (don’t remember his last name) the week before and he had PERFECT bedside manner. He should be the one in charge of the ER.

Surprise Surprise he's the head of ER.
No good leadership at this hospital ,otherwise someone like this doctor as well as Oslanfo would be trusted to treat dogs.

I went to SMH two days ago with Diverticulitis. Dr. Myatt consulted a surgeon immediately and ordered a CT scan. He treated me promptly . He had a wonderful bedside manner! The best care I’ve ever received in emerg! Thank you Dr.Myatt!

The doctor was very dismissive, he YELLED at me to pick a pain when I was in pain all over. I tried describing the pain and he told me to go home and have a drink. When he was explaining the different treatment for what he thought I had ( I didn't ) I asked him; "What would you do in my shoes?" He replied snarkly, "I would never be in your shoes". As it turned out I had to go to Orangeville the same night after the fourth visit at Stevenson's being told I had a kidney infection. Two of those four times I was dismissed by Dr Matthew Myatt. When I arrived at Orangeville they were very displeased with how I was treated. My heart was elevated due to the pain and it turned out I was diagnosed with stage four Gallbladder cancer and given six months to live. I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone, and in fact it's my opinion he should not be a doctor.

Narcissistic and egocentric. He doesn't listen and makes jokes about himself to dismiss your concerns. I would not recommend. He made me feel stupid and wasted his time in ER

He’s been my family doctor for years he knows his stuff and he knows my fame very well, if he doesn’t have an answer he will send you to the right person
I think he works hard and can smell a person that isn’t really sick a mile away, doesn’t have time for games he’s a doctor not your mum. If your truly sick he’s going to help you

Rude, arrogant, narcissistic guy more interested in socializing with the arrogant mean nurses in ER, no empathy or whatsoever. The male doctors in ER in Alliston are a handful.

Misdiagnosed my 10 year old son. Sent us home from emerg with no meds and a fever of 103. Our family physician diagnosed my son with strep throat the very next morning. I would never recommend Dr.Myatt

Incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain things and truly cares about the well-being my family. I trust him completely and absolutely.
