I am so lucky to have Dr. Kristen Jones as my family Dr. She took me and my son on as a patient in 2015 just after he was born. I had a daughter in 2021 who is now also her patient. Dr. Jones has always been kind/compassionate and thorough with my family’s healthcare. Thank you Dr. jones 🙏🏻

Not a good doctor, googles everything, doesn’t follow up with patients who are very sick.

I can't think of a more thorough, compassionate and kind doctor. She is attentive and really cares about her patients.

I have never experienced a more rude and arrogant receptionist. You cannot get an appointment. I will be getting a new Dr. as soon as possible. I like Dr. Jones but cannot tolerate this inconsiderate, receptionist any longer

Tell Dr. Jones your symptoms and she Googles right in front of you. This does not instill confidence. I can Google at home.

Staff seem to feel quite important and that they must 'protect' the doctor. As a result it's like pulling teeth getting any information. The doctor is very nice but very young and so has less experience than one would hope for in a doctor. It would be a plus if she was there more often than she is and that she actually did timely follow ups for patients waiting to receive results. If there was another more experienced doctor taking patients I would definitely make the change.

Dr Jones is generally pleasant, however, she Googles your symptoms right in front of you. I can Google at home. The office staff are appallingly rude. You feel like you have to beg for an appointment. If you complain about anything they threaten to take you of the list so you will no longer have a doctor. They really have you over a barrel since it is impossible to find another doctor. You have to put up with the rudeness just to get basic medical care. I'm not impressed.

What can I say other then she saved my life. She is thoughtful, kind, compassionate and actually listens and advocates for her patients. She never makes you feel like you are over reacting and always makes time to ensure you are treated correctly. If she doesn't know she finds out. She is also honest yet does not complicate things. She is also my fathers doctor and she use to call his phone at home and leave a nice little message reminding him to quit smoking already. My 2 year old daughter loves her and won't let any other doctor near her.
She is amazing. I truly can't say enough of what an amazing doctor and person she is. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor
