I was having trouble with my neck from a previous surgery. My family doctor sent me for a MRI and after reviewing the report she made me an appointment with Dr. Phillip Porcelli in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Porcelli took one look at my MRI and saw the problem. He told me what the problem was and how to correct the problem. He made me an appointment for surgery. The morning I woke up in recovery I knew my problem had been corrected. All my pain , that I had for six months, was gone. It’s been 12 weeks and I have never felt better. I would recommend Dr. Porcelli to anyone having any kind of spinal trouble. There is no one better. I give him the highest rating possible.

You won't find a better doctor anywhere for any kind of health problems than Dr. Porcelli. He spends all the time needed for you to get all your questions answered and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. He is compassionate and make you feel wonderful. I've never been to a doctor for any reason that made me feel as encouraged and hopeful he did. He is a special doctor. He knew exactly what my problems were and I wouldn't even consider having any other doctor treat me for anything. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with him. I have visited a lot of doctors in my last 50 years and their is no one that can compare to him in any way.

You may have to wait a while on Dr. Porcelli but its worth the wait. The guys is incredibly talented at what he doesn't. I have nothing but good to say about him. 5 stars.

This guy did a double lumbar spinal fusion on me and Im telling you he is tops!! He is an excellent surgeon!! I highly recommend him!!

I'm 35yrs old w/ 2 wonderful kids & wife, I had an accident & never had been hospitalized before in my life. I lost all feeling to my entire left side, leg, feet & was unable to do anything at all w/out more pain then words can explain, my life ended & came to a complete stop & I was bed ridden unable to walk, shower, set down or anything at all on my own w/out more nerve pain from my L4 Herniated Bulging Disk, L5/S1 Deviated into my nerve roots & I never thought my life would be normal again. I was admitted at Sycamore Hospital threw the ER because of Severe Issues showed on the CT & more once I had my MRI, Dr.Porcelli came in person to see my at Sycamore were he explained my situation & issue very clearly to me & my options & all I could do was cry because I tried to believe I could be fixed & I was just numb to the World at that point & Dr.Porcelli looked at me in my eyes handed me tissue & said I will fix this, I will have you transported to Kettering Medical Center where he would perform a Microdicectomy. I was in more pain mentally & physically then I had ever been in my life & nothing worse has ever happened to me. I had a Perfect Life until this back injury, on 11/7/2014 Dr.Porcelli GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK! There are No Words that can explain what he done for me & being w/ My Kids, able to Walk, Laugh, Love but most of all Believe & I Look at Life in a whole new outlook & I Owe My Life to Dr.Porcelli because w/out Him I wouldn't of been able to mentally & physically go on in Life & it's only been 10days & yes I do still have very little pain & hard sleepless nights & I know by the 8-12wk healing time I'll be at My Best again. Dr.Porcelli has have me more confidence now to believe in myself more then I did before, I've got Closer to God & I've found myself, Dr.Porcelli is by far an Angel on Earth & some might disagree or rephrase but You weren't in my position, pain or mind set & I wasn't even able to use the restroom, feed myself, walk, get out of bed My Life had Ended & Dr.Phillip Porcelli gave Me My Life back w/ My Family. Another 2nd Chance at Life to do all the right things in life. I can walk now w/ my son at graduation, I can walk my daughter down the ile & he's gave me all that back when I was ready to give up. I wouldn't just rate Dr.Porcelli "5STARS" but every Single Star that Lights the Clear Sky's at Night, I've never meet a more nicer confident caring Doctor in My Life them Dr.Porcelli & I Pray 1 Day I can Thank Him in a Special Way for Giving Me My Life back & most of all My Happy Family & Kids.... Thank You Dr.Porcelli so Much w/ all of My Heart for Saving Me & giving Me a 2nd Chance at Life, Jeremy J. Miller

Dr. Porcelli is a stellar surgeon. His skill is exceptional. He treats you with respect, doesn't rush you in the office. Answers all your questions as if you are the most important person in the world. My husband had a challenging surgery and Dr. Porcelli spent 8 hours over him. The very next day my husband had NO pain as he did the previous day. Even today there is no pain. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and have already recommended him. The only downside is waiting for him in his office however we waited in patience knowing that he treats ALL his patients the same with care and love. OUTSTANDING SURGEON AND PERSON
