I am very unhappy with my BR that I had with Dr. Thomas Sinclair last November 2012. I asked to go down to at least a C-cup and he said he didn't think he could do that unless I paid for the extra lipo and even if I paid for the entra lipo he couldn't guarentee. I couldn't believe that he would refuse to take me to the size I wanted. I am not even a pound over weight, so I feel I didn't need lipo. Many other people I talked to had a BR and were easily brought to the size they wanted. Well, a year later my breasts don't look a bit different than they were a year ago. What a waste of having a surgery. I feel like he just wants to try and upgrade everyone to pay more to him to get the lift and lipo. So disapoointed.
